Chris Lathey – Managing Director

Chris Lathey has spent the last seven years working in the Gibraltar insurance industry. For the first five years, Chris was involved in insurance company management with Aon where he gained valuable experience managing both direct writers and captives, either as a director (for five open market insurers), or as operational executive (including Red Sands and Haven). With such a diverse range of clients, Chris gained extensive knowledge of the local and European market within a relatively short time.

Chris joined Red Sands as Managing Director in 2007 and is responsible for the Red Sands operation in Gibraltar, with a focus on finance, good underwriting and ongoing development of the business, both in volume terms and geographically.
